What is included with my rent?
Tenants are provided with a $35 allowance towards water, trash, and sewer. Pest control is included with rent.
Tenants are responsible for electric and gas, as this is not included in rent.
When is the pool open?
The pool opens around memorial day weekend and closes for the season near labor day.
Is the pool area pet friendly?
